Activating Your Account
If you are currently leasing a storage unit but do not have a username and password, you’ll need to activate your account before you can log in and use the features of the portal.
If you already have an email address attached to your account, then all you have to do is click “Forgot your password?” in the login screen, enter your email, then go back and log in. If you don’t have an email address on file you’ll need to call us or contact us and give us an email address to attach to your account.
